กลุ่มสถาปนิกและนักออกแบบรุ่นใหม่กลุ่มหนึ่ง ซึ่งมีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบ
ทั้งทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรม และออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน
รวมไปถึงการประสานงานและดูแลการก่อสร้างมากว่า 10 ปี
ได้มารวมตัวกันจัดตั้งบริษัท ในนาม บริษัท ดีลายสถาปนิก จำกัด ในปี 2553
บนหลักการที่จะสร้างสรรค์ผลงานออกแบบที่ดี ที่แตกต่างอย่างมีเอกลักษณ์
บนพื้นฐานการใช้งานได้จริงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
ประสานกับความคิดสร้างสรรค์ทางการออกแบบ โดยยังคำนึงถึงด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
การใช้พลังงานอย่างคุ้มค่า และความสะดวกในการบำรุงรักษา
ให้เหมาะสมไปกับงบประมาณค่าก่อสร้างที่กำหนด
งานบริการของดีลายสถาปนิกโดยหลัก คือ งานบริการทางด้านงานออกแบบ
ทั้งทางด้านสถาปัตยกรรม และออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน ในทุกประเภทของอาคารและพื้นที่ใช้สอย
เช่น บ้านพักอาศัย คอนโดมิเนียม อาคารสำนักงาน ร้านค้าเชิงพาณิชย์
หรือ โรงแรม โดยที่มีทีมที่ปรึกษาวิศวกรโครงสร้าง วิศวกรงานระบบสุขาภิบาลและไฟฟ้า
เป็นแนวร่วมและสนับสนุนในการทำงานไปด้วยกัน
ดีลายสถาปนิกยังมีทีมงานรับเหมาตกแต่งภายใน
ที่ได้สนับสนุนและร่วมงานกันมาเป็นระยะเวลานาน
สำหรับโครงการออกแบบตกแต่งภายใน ที่ต้องการงานออกแบบและก่อสร้างแบบครบวงจร
ดีลายสถาปนิกจะจัดทำงานเป็นขั้นตอน ตั้งแต่แบบร่างขั้นต้น
ขั้นพัฒนาแบบร่าง จนถึงขั้นตอนสุดท้าย เพื่อนำเสนอกับลูกค้า
ให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจและเห็นภาพของงานออกแบบมากที่สุด
เพราะเรามีหลักการที่ว่า ยิ่งลูกค้าได้เข้าใจในงานออกแบบมากเท่าไหร่
ผลงานก็จะออกมาตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้ามากขึ้นเท่านั้น

Deline Architects Co.,Ltd . Was established in 2009
by a team of architects and interior designers
with many years experience in the construction industry.
The principle vision of Deline Architects is to offer clients
the highest level of Professionalism combined with Integrity and Passion.
Our objective is to deliver creative and unique architectural projects
which meet functional requirements, address sustainability concerns
when practical and, are enduring and easy to maintain.
Every project is developed in detail using the expertise
of our capable and driven team. This includes initial briefing,
feasibility studies, EIA submissions, conceptual design,
design development of concepts, building permit drawings,
construction drawings, through to onsite construction observation
while delivering projects on budget and on time.
Services offered by Deline Architects include both Architectural Design
and Interior Design for all typologies of buildings and interior spaces.
This includes Residential Houses, Condominiums, Office Buildings,
Office Interiors, Commercial Shops or Hotels.
We work alongside structural engineers and M&E engineers
who form part of our integral team and can be included
in our scope of services. We are also able to offer clients
‘design build’ agreements for interior projects.
